Terms & Conditions

1. The Guarantee
If you are a first-time buyer of the Mamaearth Lemon Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and are not satisfied with the product, you may claim a refund, issued as MamaCash, for the amount paid for the product within 30 days of delivery. Mamaearth will arrange pickup of the used product, remaining product, and/or packaging as part of the claim process.

2. Eligibility

Valid only for first-time purchasers of the Mamaearth Lemon Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, purchased directly from the official Mamaearth website (mamaearth.in) or Mamaearth App.
Limited to one (1) unit per customer, identified by registered mobile number, email, and/or delivery address.
The guarantee does not apply to purchases made through marketplaces, quick-commerce, retail stores, or any channel other than mamaearth.in or the Mamaearth App.
The guarantee does not apply to combo or bundle purchases except for the eligible single unit.
The guarantee does not cover products received as free products, samples, or products purchased through unauthorised sellers, unless specifically stated otherwise.
The customer must use the product consistently and as directed. Claims arising from irregular, incorrect, or improper usage may not qualify for a refund.

3. Claim Window
Claims must be raised within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, as per the delivery date recorded in Mamaearth's order system. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible.

4. How to Claim

For the first 7 (seven) days from delivery, raise your claim through the "Raise Return Request" option available in your Mamaearth account.
After the 7-day return-request window closes, and up to 30 days from delivery, raise your claim through Mamaearth Customer Support at https://support.mamaearth.in/support/home.
Provide your order ID, registered name, and registered mobile number/email.
You may be asked to share photos or videos of the product and/or its packaging as part of claim verification.
Mamaearth will arrange pickup of the used product, remaining product, and/or packaging. Refund processing will be subject to successful verification.
You may be asked to share brief feedback on why the product did not work for you. This is for product-improvement purposes and does not affect eligibility.

5. Refund Form & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued as MamaCash equal to the amount paid for the eligible unit (product value; shipping and any other charges are non-refundable).
MamaCash will be issued to your registered account within 2 (two) business days after pickup of the product.
MamaCash is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Exclusions & Verification

Not valid in conjunction with any other refund, return, or replacement request for the same unit.
Not applicable where the product was damaged due to misuse, or where abuse of this guarantee is reasonably suspected.
One claim per customer under this guarantee, regardless of the number of eligible transactions.
This guarantee does not constitute a guarantee of any specific cosmetic or personal-care outcome for every individual. Individual results may vary.
Mamaearth reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, or request additional information for any claim where there is suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate claims, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Final eligibility and refund approval will be determined by Mamaearth after verification of the claim and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

7. General

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Mamaearth reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this guarantee at any time, subject to applicable law. Claims validly raised before withdrawal will be honoured.
In case of any dispute, Mamaearth's decision shall be final. [subject to legal review]
