I love this a lot.. firstly i want to say is this is the best one for those who don't have time to do home made process.. it's very time consuming and need to do before day itself.. my mom used to make this process but due to time constraints ahe is not doing from few years.. now i got this product which is very easy to use and give a good results... I used it and I'm very happy with the results no more tension of soaking and all . Moreover i need. Alot to soak as my hair is frizzy and long and thick tooo. I loved this one a lot
