    2. I have been charged extra amount for my order while checkout.

    Kindly review your cart total during checkout to identify any additional charges applied. This could include Cash on Delivery or Shipping fees. Please note:

    • 1. If you place an order below Rs. 399, shipping charge of Rs. 40 will apply on your total order value.
    • 2. If you place an order with payment mode as 'Cash on Delivery', an extra Rs. 40 is added to the total cart value. For 'Prepaid' orders, a 5% discount is applied to the total cart value.

    We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, we are unable to make any changes to it.

    2.Can I modify/change my payment method?

    Unfortunately, payment method changes aren't possible after placing an order. However, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it and reorder with the preferred payment method and you will get your refund within 5-7 working days in the source account if the order is already paid for.

    We are sorry to hear this, ideally our Courier Partner attempts delivery 3 times before marking it for return.

    - Kindly check your SMS/Email for communications regarding delivery. You can also check detailed status for your order by clicking on 'Track Order' on the order details page.

    - Refund: In case your order has been marked 'Returned' by courier and is prepaid, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment once we receive products. Refund is credited in 5-7 working days from the date of processing, except for Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.

    2. The status of my order is not updating.

  2. 1. How do I cancel the order?

    Please Note: If your order has already been shipped, you won't be able to cancel your order but you can refuse it at the time of delivery and you will get your refund within 5-7 working days in the source account if the order is already paid for.Please follow the steps below to cancel the order.

    • 1. Go to the 'Menu' (Top Left corner 3 Horizontal lines)
    • 2. Go to 'My Account'.
    • 3. Click on 'My Order'.
    • 4. Click on 'View Details' (Top Right Corner).
    • 5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Cancel Order.
    • 6. Select the reason and click on 'Cancel Order'.

    The order will stand as cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.

    2. Why my order has been cancelled?

  2. 1. How do I return my order?

    Please raise the return request on chat or through https://mamaearth.in/query-us and share the reason for the return along with an image of the delivered items and shipping box. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Please note:

    • - We only allow return in specific cases. Please refer to our Return policy before applying for return. You can view our return policy at https://mamaearth.in/return-policy
    • - After your return has been placed, it takes 3-4 days for the courier boy to come and pick-up your return shipment.
    • - Refund for paid orders is processed once the products are returned back to us. The whole process takes around 5-7 working days.

  2. 1. When will I receive my cashback?

    On eligible orders, you will get the cashback in the mamaearth wallet after 7 days of delivery.

    Please note: Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal.

    The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.

    2. How can I use my cashback?

    Please follow the below steps.

    • 1. Login to your Mamaearth account with your registered contact number on Mamaearth Website or App.
    • 2. Add the product into your Cart.
    • 3. Click on 'View Cart'.
    • 4. Click on 'Proceed to Payment' after adding your address details.
    • 5. Select the check box 'Pay by Wallet' and it will utilize your mama cash to pay for 70% of the order below Rs.1000.

      Please note:

    • 1. As per Cashback policy, the user is eligible to avail 70% of the order total, not more than Rs.1000, can be paid via mamacash
    • 2. The cashback will be valid for 90 days from the date of credited. Check your profile or Email/ SMS for the actual expiry date of cashback.
